Geographic Border Locations:

 Gaza

    Gaza is called Azzah in Hebrew, meaning "strong" or "fortified".  It sits on the Mediterranean Sea, about 50 miles southwest of Jerusalem and 12 miles south of Ashkelon.  It was the southernmost of the 5 cities of the Philistines.  From Gaza we get the word "gauze", a product of the cotton grown in the area.
